Subdivision 1., display of license, the original current license must be displayed in the home care provider’s principal business office and copies must be displayed in any branch office. The home care provider must provide a copy of the license to any person who requests it.

Minnesota Home Management Providers Standards
Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 144A.482 REGISTRATION OF HOME MANAGEMENT PROVIDERS, (a) For purposes of this section, a home management provider is a person or organization that provides at least two of the following services: housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping to a person who is unable to perform these activities due to illness, disability, or physical condition.
